Cardi B's Mansion Shows Just How Big You Can Live in Atlanta

Live Large and Make Real Estate Money Moves in Atlanta

They call Atlanta “the Hollywood of the South” for a reason, but even before big-time productions like The Hunger Games and The Walking Dead used Georgia as their backdrop, Atlanta has produced myriad famous personalities, including rapper Offset, who convinced his now-wife, musician and fellow rapper Cardi B, to move to Atlanta. Back in 2019, the couple bought a 22,000-square foot behemoth that shows just how much further your money can go in Atlanta versus other celebrity hotspots.

Buckhead: Atlanta’s Beverly Hills

Located in Atlanta’s high-end suburb Buckhead, the couple’s home is 22,000 square feet of opulence. And if “Buckhead” rings a bell, you likely recognize the neighborhood for its other celebrity residents, which has included Elton John, Tyler Perry, and Kenny Rogers. Rumor has it that Cardi’s property was listed at $5.8 million, but the final price paid remains a mystery. Still, that’s just $263.64 per square foot for some of Georgia’s most coveted real estate. Considering this puny 4,760 square foot property in Beverly Hills requires roughly $1 million more for a significantly smaller space, we’re confident the rappers are getting the most bang for their buck in the Peach State.

In proper Cardi B fashion, she offered a very candid tour of the main foyer, her kitchen, and one of the powder rooms on Instagram. She even gave a shout out to her real estate agent; how’s that for word-of-mouth marketing? Of course, if you’re not familiar with Cardi B, viewer discretion is advised for some profane language.

The mansion, which stands three stories high, also features a six-car garage, a classic wood-paneled study, a game room, a his and hers walk-in closet so big that they come with a ladder, and, of course, an epic pool surrounded by beautifully manicured landscaping. Not enough square footage for your liking? There’s always something bigger in Atlanta. You or your client could always one-up Cardi B with this 33,000 square foot monster.
