Let’s be real—real estate is always evolving, and staying ahead of the changes is what separates great agents from the rest. This year’s mandatory training is more than just a requirement; it’s a roadmap to navigating some of the biggest industry shifts in recent history.

In this course, we’ll break down the key lawsuits that sparked these changes and what they mean for you. We’ll dive into your responsibilities as an agent, how agency relationships are formed, and where the limits are when performing Ministerial Acts.
But we’re not stopping there. We’ll walk through how to have more effective, trust-building conversations with both buyers and sellers—because your ability to educate, communicate value, and confidently discuss compensation isn’t just important; it’s essential to your success.

By the end of this course, you’ll be equipped to navigate these updates with confidence, ensuring that you stay compliant while continuing to provide top-notch service to your clients. So, let’s jump in and make sure you’re ready for what’s next in Louisiana real estate!
