With these tools come new responsibilities for licensees to ensure accuracy, fairness, and consumer protection. This course provides a clear framework for understanding how AI intersects existing laws, professional duties, and brokerage policies.

Learners will explore how AI tools can both support and endanger real estate practice. Topics include applying fair housing and advertising rules to AI-generated content, maintaining confidentiality and trust in client communications, and evaluating the risks of AI-assisted contracts and workflow automation. The course also highlights emerging fraud threats, such as deepfake impersonation and AI-generated phishing, and equips licensees with a five-step checklist to spot scams and protect clients.

By the end of the course, licensees will be able to confidently integrate AI tools into practice while upholding compliance, safeguarding consumers, and supporting brokerage-level risk management.
