Deed and title fraud are real risks in today’s real estate transactions—and Oklahoma law now requires licensees to understand how to handle them. Oklahoma Deed Theft is a required one hour continuing education course for all Oklahoma real estate licensees, designed to help you meet your legal obligations while confidently protecting your clients and your license.

In this course, you’ll learn how Oklahoma law defines deed theft and title theft, when disclosures are required, and what your role is when issues arise during a transaction. Through practical, real world scenarios, you’ll walk through how to respond if a forged deed is discovered, a Notice of Fraudulent Conveyance appears, or a deal is suddenly impacted by a title concern. The focus is on clear guidance you can apply in the field—without crossing into legal advice or investigative duties.
